Take action on org invite. The caller must provide one of these states:
- "accepted": The invitee accepts the invite. This can only be invoked
by the invitee themselves.
- "rejected": The invitee rejects/declines the invite. This can only be invoked
by the invitee themselves.
- "cancelled": Cancel the pending invitation. This can only be invoked by
an org admin.
- "pending": Causes the invite to be resent, and the invite expiration date
to be reset. This can only be invoked by an org admin.
Note that the invite can only be updated if it is not already expired, and
its state is currently "pending". An expired or accepted/rejected/cancelled invite
cannot be updated.
